TLC Construction LLC was founded in 1999 by Timothy Lee Carter, right out of high school.  Since then, the company has grown from small home repairs and additions to multi-million dollar commercial projects.  Even during these tough economic times, TLC Construction has persevered due to its viewpoint that no job is too small and its ability to adapt and service a broad range of markets, be it home remodel, new construction, commercial build-outs, demolition or industrial.  TLC Construction has built high rises, restaurants, fitness centers, movie theaters, shopping centers, as well as over 400 condos in the Denver metro area.  We've built custom homes and additions, finished basements, remodled kitchens and bathrooms and built decks.  From the biggest job to the smallest, we take pride in the work we do and we're not finished until the client is completely satisfied.
